Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical and pathological characteristics and tissue sources of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma. Methods Totally 12 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma clinical pathological and immunohistochemical study. Results SHL papillary structure area, solid area, cavernous hemangioma-like area, hardened area 4 kinds of structures, solid areas and papillary axis of polygonal cells, the nipple surface and vessel-like cavity surface-cubic-like cells. Two kinds of cells expressed EMA,TTF-1,polygonal cells expressed vimentin,a few express CgA,syn,PR,Ki-67,cubic-like cells expressed CK-pan.12 cases are a mixture of four kinds of structures, including two cases with papillary structure-based,two cases with solid area based. Conclusions SHL more common in middle-aged women, the incidence rate is low, often misdiagnosed as lung cancer.Typical morphological characteristics of the organization with TTF-1,EMA,CK,vimentin and other immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SHL's main method.
