Clinical and Pathological Analysis of Pulmonary Sclerosing Hemangioma and a Review of Literature

Objective:This study aimed to better understand the clinical features,pathological patterns of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma.Methods:The clinical data and immunohistology of 4 cases of psh were analyzed,and the literature was reviewed.Results:There were 4 females.HE stiaining revealed that PSH showed a mixture of the following four histological patterns:solid,papillary,hemangioma-like and sclerotic.there were two types of tumor cells:cubodal cells and round cells.immunohistochemical staining revealed that two types cells expressed EMA and TTF-1,the cuboidal cells expressed CK7;on the other hand,round cells expressed PR,none of them expressed syn and CgA.Conclusions:PSH is an uncommon disease,The immunohistochemical markers such as EMA,TTF-1,CK7 are helpful for diagnosis.if it is a a benign tumour with potential for malignancy More attention should be paid to its clinical features and management.
