Abstract
This article analyzes the relationship between social capital and harmonious community, functions of social capital in building harmonious community, especially in the aspects of cultural circumstances of community. On this basis, the author provides suggestions of improving social capital of community and building harmonious community so as to be of great help to further studies on this subject.
