The Community Governance in the View of Social Capital

The foundation of harmonious society exists in microcosmic level. Harmonious community is the microcosmic foundation of harmonious society. Accordingly, building harmonious society should begin with Community Governance. The Social capital, which consists of trust, reciprocal criterion and networks among citizens, is not only the basement of citizen cooperation and Community Governance, but also the social resource of Community development and society harmony. Accordingly, we must foster identity, credit, reciprocal criterion and participant networks so as to actualize harmonious society.
