On Social Capital and Its Inspiration on the Construction of a Harmonious Society

Recently the concept of social capital illuminates theoretically the issue of constructing a harmonious society. The so-called social capital means those incremental elements such as human relationship, social structure. In order to construct a harmonious society, from the perspective of social capital, a reasonable development of the possession, distribution and exchange of social capital should be sustained. At the same time, those unreasonable social structure concerned with social capital should be destroyed and a sound systematic organization compatible with social capital should be built.
