The benazepril united telmisartan in patients with early diabetic nephropathy:An analysis of 32 patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of benazepril combined the telmisartan treatment of early di abetic nephropathy.Methods From May 2010 to November 2012,64 cases DN patients were divided into treatment group(benazepril telmisartan treatment) and the control group(simple application bella plymouth therapy),each group had 32 cases.UAE,FPG,BUN,Scr,SBP,DBP level changes were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,UAE,FPG,BUN,Scr,SBP,DBP of 32 patients in two groups were significantly lower compared with before treatment.After treatment 12 weeks,the UAE,FPG,BUN,Scr,SBP,DBP of the treatment group decreased more significantly,compared with the control group,there were statistically significant differences(t = 2.341,t = 2.264,t = 2.322,t = 2.513,t = 2.632,t = 2.327,P 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,thea total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,the efficiency of the difference was significant(P 0.05) between two groups.Conclusion Benazepril united telmisartan treatment early diabetic nephropathy have good efficacy,safety,good,worthy of promotion and application.
