Effect of benazepril combined with irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the efficiency of benazepril and irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 68 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our department in January 2009-2012 in January as the research object,benazepril and irbesartan treatment in 36 patients set up for the study group,the used of benazepril 32 DN patients established as a control group,the clinical effects were compared after treatment,the Scr,BUN,UAER were compared before and after treatment.Results The research group the total effective rate was 94.4%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.8%,the two groups total efficiency comparison,differences statistically significance(χ2 = 5.136,P 0.05).After treatment,both groups Scr,BUN,UAER than those before treatment significantly reduced,and the Study Group Scr,BUN,UAER in treatment was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Benazepril and irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has a better therapeutic effect,and better protective effect on renal function.
