Abstract
To obtain the main functional components from hawthorn leaves by high-pressure homogenization extraction(HPHE),the optimum process conditions are 70%(V/V) ethanol as solvent, extraction pressure 60 MPa,material/solvent(w/w) ratio 1/30 and extraction time 30 min.Yield of flavonoids is up to 8.39%.By contrast, the yields of flavonoids by heat reflux extraction method and ultrasound extraction method are 7.76 and 7.33% respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
