Abstract
Objective To study on effects of extraction methods on yield of flavonoids from hawthorn.Methods Ultrahigh pressure extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method,microwave extraction method and soxhlet extraction were used to extract flavonoids from Hawthorn.Results The ultrahigh pressure extraction method achieved the highest yield of 5.44%,the next is soxhlet extraction,5.12%;ultrasonic extraction method,4.66%;microwave extraction method,3.76%.Conclusion The best extraction factor is solvent of 50% ethanol,extraction pressure of 300mPa and extraction time of 3 min.The ultrahigh pressure extraction method is the best among the extraction methods used.
