Abstract
Objective Determination of Puerarin in the Redix Puerariae from different areas.MethodsPuerarin were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc(25∶75∶0.5).Detection wavelength was at 250 nm.ResultsThe Puerarin curve showed good linear correlation within 0.026-1.95 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of Puerarin was 97.3% with RSD of 1.35%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is simple and can be used to determine Puerarin with quick and accurate.
