Abstract

Determination of puerarin in the redix puerariae thomsonii from differentcul one year’s tivatedspecies.Puerarin were determined by HPLC.The mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-HAc(25:75:0.5).Detection wavelength was at 250 nm.The content of puerarin was in the range of 0.01%～0.99%.The content of puerarin in dayefenge was higher than xiaoyefenge.
