Abstract
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Puerarin in Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao.Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Puerarin with detection wavelength at 250 nm.The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol-water(25:75).The flow rate was 0.8mL/min.Results The linear regression for Puerarin was obtained at the range of 3~48 μg/mL.The average recovery of Puerarin were 99.0%,RSD were 2.1%(n=6).Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive.It can be used for quality control of Wuzhidixian Jinsui Gao.
