Abstract

To establish a method for determination of puerarin, puerarin content of the products was determined by HPLC in Symmetry C18( 3.9mm×150mm,5μm) using a mobile phase of MeOH:H2O=35:65 and a UV detector of 250nm. A standard curve was abtained with a liner range of 0.0368μg～0.589μg(r=0.9994). The method was simple and accurate and could be used for determination of purerarin in puerarin injection.
