Effect of Qingretuihuang oral liquid on the treatment of chronic virus hepatitis B

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Qingretuihuang oral liquid on the treatment of chronic virus hepatitis B.Methods 80 patients with chronic virus hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were treated by intravenous drip of Potassium-magnesium aspartate injection and oral vitamin C.And patients in control group were treated by Chuipencao granule.Patients in treatment group were treated by Qingretuihuang oral liquid.The course was ten days in two groups.Liver function,HBV-DNA and effect were observed.Results ALT,AST and TBiL after treatment were decreased in comparison with those before treatment in two groups(P0.01).ALT and AST in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group(92.5%) was higher than that in control group(72.5%,P0.05).Conclusion Qingretuihuang oral liquid has a significant effect on chronic virus hepatitis B,and the effect was superior to that of Chuipencao granule.
