Clinical observation of Yinchengao decoction combined with western medicine therapy on the treatment of drug-induced hepatitis

Objective To observe the effect of Yinchengao decoction combined with western medicine therapy on the treatment of drug- induced hepatitis. Methods 110 patients with drug- induced hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups. 54 cases in control group were treated by conventional western medicine. 56 patients in treatment group were treated by Yinchengao decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was a month in two groups. The clinical effect and changes of ALT,TBiL,albumin and globulin before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate was 94. 64% in treatment group. The total effective rate was 87. 04% in control group. There was no difference between two groups on the total effective rate( P 0. 05). The levels of ALT, TBiL and globulin after treatment were decreased( P 0. 05),albumin was increased in treatment group( P 0. 05). The levels of ALT and TBiL after treatment were decreased( P 0. 05),albumin was increased in control group( P 0. 05). The levels of ALT,TBiL and globulin in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment( P 0. 05),and the level of albumin in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion Yinchengao decoction combined with western medicine therapy has definite effect on the treatment of drug- induced hepatitis.
