Abstract

Objective To study Grade Three senior high school teachers' psychological health status,per- sonality characteristic and the relationship of them.Method 337 teachers in Grade Three of senior high school were investigated with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ).Results The analysis showed subjects' score of SCL-90 were higher than the Chinese norm,such as in somatization,de- pression,masculine scores factors,etc;there were significant correlation between SCL-90 and EPQ(EPQ-P, EPQ-N stable).The multiple factor regression showed the factors P、N and L could forecast teachers' psychologi- cal health.Conclusion For teacher's psychological health,we should foster their personality.
