Effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis

Objective To study the effect of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods 72 cases of patients with psoriasis from November 2009 to March 2011 in ourhospital were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with tripterygium glucosides tablet, the treatment group was treated with compound gly-cyrrhizin, and binghuangfule ointment was used for local application, the recovery data of patients were recorded. Results The PASI score of treatment group after treatment washigher than the control group, the PASI reducing index of treatment group was greater than the control group, the effective rate of treatment group washigher than the control group, the differences were significant(P0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasishas good curative effect, it is worthy of clinic application.
