Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris and evaluate it by pharmacoeconomics.Methods:86 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group were treated with conventional therapy, treatment group were administrated with 100 mL · d-1 compound glycyrrhizin based on conventional therapy for 3 weeks. Results:The responsive rates for treatment group and control group were 72.1% and 41.9% re-spectively.Great significances were found between two groups(P 0.05).Slight adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups, two cases in treatment group and one in control group, which didn’t affect curative effects.Cost-effectiveness of treatment group is lower than control group. Conclusion:Compound glycyrrhizin was safe, effective and economic for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
