Clinical Observation of Compound Glycyrrhizin for Chronic Eczema

Objective To explore the effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic eczema in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=36) and treatment group(n=36).Both groups were treated by Mizolastine Tablet and Compound Flumetasone Ointment,and Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablet was added to the treatment group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 94.4% and 77.8%,respectively,with a significant difference(χ2=4.1807,P0.05),and the adverse reaction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 8.3% and 5.6%,respectively,with no significant difference(χ2=0.2149,P0.05).Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic eczema has a satisfactory curative effect and better safety,worthy of clinical application.
