Analysisof Clinical Value of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus by Subcutaneous Injection of Insulin Pump and Multiple Subcutaneous Insulin Injection Therapy

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus by subcutaneous injection of insulin pump and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection therapy.Methods From patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital 162 cases were selected as the research object,according to the different methods of treatment were randomly divided into for the insulin pump group and insulin group with 81 cases in each group.Insulin pump group with subcutaneous injection of insulin pump therapy,insulin group by multiple subcutaneous insulin injection,the contrast analysis of blood sugar control in two groups and the effect on maternal and child health and life.Results After the treatment,blood glucose control,insulin pump group 36 weeks glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) were significantly better than insulin group,insulin use were significantly less than insulin group,with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Compared to the use of multiple insulin injection treatment,the treatment effect of subcutaneous injection of insulin pump faster and more smoothly control gestational diabetes blood sugar,so it has better clinical application value.
