The Influence of Different Insulin Administration on Blood Glucose

Objective To evaluate the influence on blood sugar of the diabetic for insulin in different medicine way.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided randomly into two groups;60 patients in insulin pump group and 60 patients in subcutaneous injection group.Then analyse and evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups according to results.Results The patient’s glucose standard time and normal proportion of blood sugar in the insulin pump group were(7.31±1.17)d and 83.67%,which were better than it in the subcutaneous injection group which were(10.51±2.14)d and 61.54%.After 3~6months’following up,the normal proportion of glycosylated hemoglobin of insulin pump group was higher than those in the subcutaneous injection group.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The blood sugar control of insulin pump have good effect and less side effects.
