The Discussion on the Countryside Public Supplies and the Farmer's Income Increase

Starting from the study on domestic and foreign situation,this paper summarizes the countryside public supplies and farmer's income increase.The domestic researches include: the explanation of countryside public supplies system vicissitude;present situation and problems of countryside public supplies;mechanism reform and countermeasure of countryside public supplies.For the countryside public supplies and farmer's income increase,this author made study on the reform of the countryside public supplies and taxation,the correlation between countryside public supplies and farmer's burden,the relationship between countryside public supplies and farmer's income and consumption,and the relationship between countryside public supplies and countryside poverty and economic growth.
