Primary Affecting Factors and Expanding Countermeasures of Countryside Consumption

This article thought that increases farmer income,expands countryside consumption is the important way to speeds up countryside development.This paper analyzed that farmer income excessively low,consumption pattern unreasonable,commercial facility and service backwardness are primary factor that affected countryside consumption grew.It proposed some policies and measures which can expands countryside consumption: there are persisted the humanist comprehensive advancement socialism new rural reconstruction,deepens reform countryside synthesis necessary,develops service industry oriented to farmer's countryside consumption,enlarge the channel of increasing farmer’s income,establishes the farmer’s wealth accumulation mechanism,adjustment agriculture structure,support and strength collective economy of village level,perfect countryside social security systems,increase strengthen of countryside rescue hardship.
