The discussion of life and welfare disparity in town and countryside under dual economic structure in Guizhou

In China,the dual economic structure has existed for a long time.The theory and the practice indicated that the more poorish the area is,the more obvious the dual economic structure is.Guizhou province is situated at west China and belongs to the remote mountainous area.The contradiction of the dual economic structure between town and countryside is quite prominent.In this case,the disparity of welfare between the townsfolk and farmer is extremely big,especially in durable consumable,public infrastructure,medical health care,social security and so on.After analysis of the present situation of the welfare between the townsfolk and farmer,we thought that the farmer's income is too low,and their burden is too heavy.Governmental investment to countryside is insufficient.Therefore,if we want to alleviate the town and countryside's welfare disparity,we must do something like this,planning development of town and countryside to integration,raising the farmer's income and reducing their burden,cancelling the policy which hurts the agriculture snd farmer to take care of industry,making sure there are more financial investment to the countryside infrastructure,and establishing the social security systems of countryside perfectly.
