Analysis of Impact of Farmer Divisions on New Rural Construction

The dual effectiveness of farmer division on the construction of new countryside is analyzed.It is pointed out that the farmer division makes the rural management being gradually more law-based,and plays a great role in promoting countryside resident income,especially the salary of immigrant workers becomes the important source for improving the rural economy development.A great number of surplus labors are transferred to towns,which makes the change of social relationship and ideal,and greatly influences the countryside culture development.The peasants constantly improve their own quality and update their ideological thinking to keep pace with the times.Meanwhile,a series of challenging problems for the construction of new countryside are proposed.
