Abstract
Utilizing the relativity analysis results,the econometric analysis model is applied to study the environmental quality and economic growth by time series data of Heilongjiang Province from 1990 to 2005.The results show that the relationship between GDP per capita and main environmental indicators doesn't take on inverted-U shape.The environmental protection has great effect on Heilongjiang Province and it promotes the improvement of the environment.The industrial framework adjustment is good for reducing the discharge of pollutants.
