Abstract

Based on the theories of Environmental Kuznets Curve,with the statistic date of environmental quality and GDP per capita from 1995 to 2007 in Shandong province,the econometric analysis model is applied to study the coordinative development of environmental degradation and economic growth.The results show that the relationship between GDP per capita and main environmental indicators does not take on inverted-U shape in Shandong province.
