Analysis of massive component blood transfusion in 329 cases

Objective To analyses reasonable application of blood component in massive transfusion patients.Methods The book for cross matching and delivery of blood,data of computer control for used blood and medical data were checked up.329 cases were collected in massive blood transfusion(5 000mL) from 2003,1-2008,12.The red blood cell,whole blood,plasma,platelet and cryoprecipitate were analyzed in clinical.Results Red blood cell was 72% of total component blood,plasma 25%,others 3%,in 329 cases.Patient′s condition was controlled post-treatment.Complications of massive bood transfusion were avoided.Curative effect of these patients were good.Conclusion Component blood transfusion in our hospital have extensive applicated.According to short of components,the patient was transfued those were blood component,that was consented for clinician.
