Analysis on Infection and Antibiotic Susceptibility Test of 330 Strains of Mycoplasma in Huaihua

Objective To investigate the infection condition and antibiotic susceptibility test of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma hominis(MH).Methods UU and MH were cultured by using the reagent kit of Yin-Ke Mycoplasma from Shenzhen and antibiotic susceptibility tests were done.Results The total detection rate was 41.98%,and the detection rate of the females(50.34%) was significantly higher than that of the males(31.09%)(P0.01).Only-UU-positive(30.15%) was significantly higher than both UU-MH positive(11.32%) and only-MH positive(0.51%)(P0.01).The resistant rates to ciprofloxacin,kfloxacin,sparfloxacin,roxithromycin,spiramycin and levofloxacin were all 60.00%.The sensitive rates to doxycycline,minocycline,and josamycin were all 80.00%.Conclusions The infection rate of Mycoplasma in local area is high.Antimicrobial agents should be chosen according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results because of their high and multi-drug resistance.
