Abstract

Objective To investigate the early rehabilitation nursing on acute cerebral infarction in patients with functional recovery and quality of life. Methods 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group, the control group received conventional medical care measures, and the observation group was being the early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. One month later, the intervention, using the european stroke score(ESS) and simplify Fug1-Meyer Scale(FMA) to assess functional recovery, using the SF-36 assessment of the finished version of the quality of life. Results One month later, the functional recovery and quality of life improvement of the observation group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitation care can not only contributed significantly to the patient's functional recovery, but also significantly improve the quality of life of patients,it is worth to be promoted and applied in the clinical.
