Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of early rehabilitation treatment and psychological health education on the extremity functional recovery of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 96 cases selected according to the standard ischemic stroke diagnosis criteria were randomly divided into control group and rehabilitation group, with 48 cases in each group. Both patients in the two groups received routine treatment, and on the basis of routine treatment, patients in rehabilitation group were further involved with early rehabilitation and psychological health education. Results: The movement function (simple Fugl-Meyer motion score) and ability of daily life (Barther index) in rehabilitation group were significantly superior to that in control group, and it showed a statistical difference (P 0.05). Conclusion: The early rehabilitation treatment and psychological health education have a great significance to the extremity functional recovery of patients with cerebral infarction.
