Abstract

Objective To discuss the effects of the early rehabilitation nursing on the functional recovery of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 106 acute cerebral infarction patients selected were randomly divided into the early rehabilitation group and control group, all the patients received conventional nerve drug treatment and nursing, the early rehabilitation group was taken the rehabilitation nursing after 48 hours.FMA and ESS were used to assess the functional recovery in the two groups 30 d before and after training. Results Before training, the FMA and ESS grades had no statistical significance(P 0.05);after training for 30 d,the ESS grade of the early rehabilitation group was better than that before training;and in the control group, the difference was significant(P 0.01).The FMA grade was better than that before training with significant difference(P 0.01);in contrast to the control group, the upper limb had dif ferently statistical significance(P 0.01),but the lower extremity had no statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing training accelerates the functional recovery of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improves their quality of life.
