Selection and Application of a Maize Hybrid 'Danyu102'

Danyu102 is a single hybrid which was bred in Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences by crossing C180 as female parent and Dan340 as male parent.It was indicated from every dgree of grain yield tests and demonstration that Danyu102 can increase 5 percent of grain yield more than the hybrids using in production and has the character of resistance to many diseases,lodging and drought,medium maturity and wide adaptation.Danyu102 is a good hybrid that can be planted for large area in northern spring maize planting area.
