Abstract

Objective To investigation treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome patients with multiple injuries by high frequency procedures ventilation. Methods Sixty acute respiratory distress syndrome patients with multiple injuries received high frequency procedures. To observe and compare indices of arterial blood gas、and hemodynamic before and after treatment. Results After 24h,treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome patients with multiple injuries by high frequency procedures ventilation,PaO2、PaO2/FiO2 had significant increase(P0.01),PaCO2 had no any significant difference. There no effection in HR and MAP CVP.If a 10mmHg increase was regarded as the standard of treatment efectiveness, then the efective rate was 80%(48).Conclusion High frequency procedures ventilation can improve oxygenation of acute respiratory distress syndrome patients.
