Curative effect observation of non-invasive mechanical ventilation for 67 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To observe the curative effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods At the same time of 67 cases with acute respiratory distress syndrome treated by positive comprehensive treatment,they were applied with non-invasive mechanical ventilation.Then observe and compare blood pressure,breath,pH,PaCO2,and PaO2/FiO2 of before the treatment with that of after the treatment.Results After treatment of non-invasive mechanical ventilation,the ventilation states of patients were improved inordinately.Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate and PaCO2 before treatment were higher than that after treatment,P0.05,significant difference;oxygen index and pH value before treatment were less than that after treatment,P0.05,and statistically significant difference.Conclusion The curative effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory distress syndrome is good,can effectively improve difficulty breathing of patients,enhance oxygen and index and PH value,stable blood pressure and heart rate,worth using more widely in clinical.
