Abstract
The SZKT large crossing tower used in the Yangtze River crossing of Three Gorges Youjing 500 kV transmission line project is constructed using combined lifting pole method,which combines guyed lifting pole and A-frame lifting pole.It solves tower construction difficulties caused by wide and heavy head of large crossing towers.This method as well as the A-frame erection and disassembling technology can be referenced for constructed wide head tower construction of the 1 000 kV UHVAC demonstration project.
