Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:60 hospitalized patients with unstable angina from January 2006 to January 2009 in our hospital were collected, among them,36 cases were male and female 24 cases, aged 38 to 70 years,an average of 52.They were divided into treatment group and control group, each 30 cases. The patients of two groups were treated with strict bed rest, intensive care, and be of oral isosorbide dinitrate or static point of nitrates,as appropriate, plus with β-receptor blockers, calcium antagonists and converting enzyme inhibitors. The treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy for lowmolecular weight heparin calcium 5 000 IU,every 12 hours one time, abdominal subcutaneous for 7 days, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P0.05).Use of low molecular weight heparin after treatment, the treatment group significantly reduced the frequency of angina pectoris,ECG,on the scope and extent of myocardial ischemia significantly reduced compared with those of the control group, there were significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy is good for low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. It's worthy of clinical use.
