Abstract
Objective:To explore the care approach of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:68 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, two groups were given based treatment and nursing, and Low molecular weight heparin were added to experimental group. Results:The total effective rate in experimental group was 91.2%;and in control group was 76.4%.The effect of experimental group was significantly better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The use of low molecular weight heparin in order to correct and effective care can reduce the occurrence of side effects and improve the treatment of unstable angina.
