Clinical Observation for The Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

objective To observe the clinical effects of the low molecular weight heparin calcium on patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups,one therapy group(42 patients)and one control group(41 patients).All 83 patients were treated by nitrate esters,β-receptor blocking drugs,long effect calcium antagonists,aspirin,statins,and so on.The therapy group were treated additionally with(4100IU)/12 h the low molecular weight heparin calcium given by abdominal wall subcutancous injection.The treatment course was 10 day.The symptoms of angina pectoris and the changes of ischemic ECG were collected and studied.Result The improvement of angina pectoris and ST-T Segment elevation in ECG of the therapy group were significantly different from that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The therapy effects is good to unstable angina pectoris by giving the low molecular weight heparin calcium.
