OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT HEPARIN CALCIUM IN THE TREATMENT OF UNSTABLE ANGINA PECTORIS

Abstract

Objective To determine the therapeutic effectiveness of low molecular weight heparin calcium in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods 50 cases of unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups. 25 cases were treated with routine method as control group. The other 25 cases were treated with routine method plus low molecular weight heparin calcium served as treatment group. Results The clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was 92%, obviously notable(x2= 5. 71, P＜O. 05 ) as compared with the control group of 64%. Disappearance of angina pectoris was observed in 6.25 ± 2.50 days in the treatment group, and 9.92±2. 27 days in the control group(t= 14.78, P＜O. 05). Conclusion The treatment with low molecular weight heparin calcium for UAP is efficient, safe, convenient and valuable.
