Allocation mechanism of water resources of South-to-North Water Diversion Project

With the arrival of the final phase of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in China,the researches on allocation mechanism of water resources,the finial and important ring of project construction,are increasingly urgent.With regard to the complexity of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,some principles for water resources allocation are proposed so as to provide reference for government to make scientific decisions,that is,combination of government's macro-control and market mechanism,combination of water supply management and water demand management,combination of emergency management and regular management.
