A Factor Analysis on the Barriers of the Public Policy Participation

Public participation in making public policy is the inevitable demands to realize legitimacy of public policy,and is also the concrete embodiment of the socialist political civilization.Public participation in the formulation process of public policy is not an orderly,harmonious and accurate operating course.This paper analyzes the complexity of public participation in the process of making public policy from seven aspects in order to throw light on the reasonable,orderly and effective participation in public policy.
