Role Orientation of Government and Public in the Process of Public Policy Making with Public Participation

The publicity features of public policy,policy scientific and democratic demands,as well as the existence of failure,make public participation in public policy formulation becomes necessary. The interaction between the government and the public in public policy formulation process is necessary. On the basis of role orientation of the government and the public,we explore the path of the public participation in public policy formulation process from two aspects: the government and the public.
