Discussion on Public Participation in the Process of Public Policy Implementation

With the development of the society,the significance of public participation in the process of public policy implementation becomes more and more obvious. But the information asymmetry between the government and the public,the incapacity of their participation and a lack of the legal guarantee of citizen's rights make the degree of public participation relatively poor. By improving the public mechanism of the government information publicity,the level of people's participation and ability,nurturing the public reason,strengthening the legal system building,we can promote the citizens' participation in the process of public policy implementation in an orderly way.
