The Curative Comparison of Mifepristone and Desogestrel Ethinylestradiol in Treating Dysfunctional Tonal Uterine Bleeding

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of mifepristone and desogestrel ethinylestradiol for the treatment of dysfunctional tonal uterine bleeding.Method:80 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Observation group received desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment,control group treated with mifepristone.Both groups to 21 days of continuous medication for a period of treatment,continuous observation curative effect after the treatment of six course.Result:The observation group and control group total effective rate were 97.5% and 85.0%,the difference statistically significant(P0.05). FSH and LH in two groups after treatment had no obvious change,E2 and P were significantly reduced,there were statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P0.05),there were statistical significance after treatment(P0.05). Conclusion:Mifepristone and desogestrel ethinylestradiol are effective in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,but the effect of desogestrel ethinylestradiol is better.
