Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of menopausal transition. Methods 62 patients for menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases respectively, patients in the treatment group were given desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for treatment, while patients were given norlutin treatment in the control group. Results By three months of treatment and follow-up,stop bleeding time, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Endometrial thickness and treatment efficiency in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group, there were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Treatment of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding has significant efficacy, and less side effects,is superior to norlutin.
