Effect of compoud glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema

Objective To observe the effect and safety of compoud glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema.Method For 54 patients were chosen randomly from our out-patient department,and they all took compoud glycyrrhizin tablets according to the doctor's order.They were in the follow-up surveillance.All the data was performed by SPSS12.0 as student's test.Results Total 54 patients with chronic eczema underwent 2~4 weeks of treatment.The effective rate was 46.29% and 90.74% respectively.The result after treatment had significant differnce with that of before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Compoud glycyrrhizin tablets has good effect in the treatment of chronic eczema and with less side-effects.It is a good substitute of glucocorticoids of remedy.
