Efficacy Observation of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Eczema

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To explore the method and significance of Compound glycyrrhizin tablets(StrongerNe-MinophagenC,SNMC) combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) eczema decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema.METHODS:132 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into treatment group(69 cases) and control group(63 cases).Treatment group was treated with 2 pieces of Compound glycyrrhizin tablets 3 times a day and TCM eczema decoction;control group was treated with 2 pieces of Compound glycyrrhizin tablets 3 times a day.All patients were topically treated with plaster.All treatment lasted for 1 month.RESULTS:The cure rate and total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 69.57%,50.79% and 89.86%,71.43% respectively,and there were significant difference(P0.05 and P0.01).CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with TCM eczema decoction have sound effect on chronic eczema.
