Observation of Efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets Combined with Loratadine Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Eczema

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy and safety of compound Glycyrrhizin tablets combined with Loratadine tablets in treatment of patients with chronic eczema.METHODS:304 patients with chronic eczema admitted into the hospital from Aug.2012 to Apr.2015 were selected as the research objects,who were divided into control group and observation group via the random number table,with 152 cases in each group.The control group only received Loratadine tablets,while the observation group were additionally treated with compound Glycyrrhizin tablets based on the control group.The efficacy and adverse reactions of two group of patients were compared.RESULTS:The total effective rate of the observation group was [94.74%( 144 /152) ],it was higher than that of the control group[76.32%( 116 /152) ],and the difference was significant( P 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was [11.84%( 18 /152) ],while in control group was [9.21%( 14 /152) ],there was no significant difference( P 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of compound Glycyrrhizin tablets combined with Loratadine tablets in treatment of patients with chronic eczema is definite with few adverse reactions.It is worthy of actively clinical reference.
