Water is the source of the life and development of basis.The water crisis has already influenced a fast development of our country's economic trend.Indicates the necessary choice to achieve persistent development is developing recycling economy,which is based on effectively resources used and environment protected.And discussing how to construct a new water resource sustainable development model which the core ideas and core competencies is recycling economy.We should adopt variously feasible measures and advanced technology to accelerate sustainablly economic development.Only we promote the development of recycling economy can resolve the problem at all.
